One Call is All it Takes:
The Cardiac Transfer Center at Queen's Heart allows immediate access for any patient who is currently in a hospital and needs the advanced level of cardiac care provided at The Queen's Medical Center. Our goal is to provide the highest levels of patient and physician satisfaction. By making one call, your patient will be transported safely and comfortably to our facilities. No arrangements are necessary. Queen's Heart manages the entire process, including: • Reserving a bed at The Queen's Medical Center. • Receiving the nursing report. • Receiving the patient information sheet for insurance verification. • Arranging the air and/or ground ambulance transport. Monday thru Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. The transfer center is also on-call evenings, weekends and holidays for emergency transfers to Queen's for interventional procedures, cardiothoracic surgery or unstable patients. | |||||
